They urged the princess to hide from the danger, but Anahi immediately ran to her father to warn him of the strangers.
Meanwhile, the white-skinned warriors rode into the village and began to destroy the houses, livestock, and people within.
It is said that the King escaped, but that Anahi was mortally wounded in the attack.
And that her heartbroken father carried a piece of Ametrine at all times to symbolize the beautiful colors of his brave daughter’s eyes.
